We’re excited to announce a new feature that makes TIPPing into academic research easier than ever: Tipp now supports Arxiv RSS feeds and can intelligently parse PDF papers published on Arxiv.org. That means you can subscribe to your favorite fields of academic study — from machine learning to astrophysics — and automatically transform those complex papers into listenable, personalized podcast episodes.

How It Works

1. Add the Arxiv channel of choice to your Tipp account
   • Go to Tipp (create an account if you don’t have one yet)
   • Go to the Feeds tab
   • Click ‘+ Add Feed’ on the top right
   • Select ‘RSS feed’ as type
   • Add any name you like to the ‘Set name’ field
   • Add the RSS url for Arxiv:
     https://rss.arxiv.org/rss/cs → change the last part to the topic you need
2. Tipp will fetch paper updates
3. You can track new papers in the Tipp app and add them to your Queue to generate a podcast if required.
4. The platform parses each paper, extracts key insights, and turns them into a short audio summary
5. You receive a personalized podcast — ready to listen anytime, anywhere
